Pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the consumer customer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his/her professional activity) has the right to withdraw from the contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, with the exception of the types of products for which this is expressly excluded (see art. 59 Legislative Decree 206/2005) and without prejudice to what is indicated in the following point 6.2.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of receiving the product in the following ways:
– sending by the customer a registered letter with return receipt to the address: pasqualiluciano@pec.it
– sending an email to the email address contatti@menegomaistro.com. As soon as the communication is received, Menego Maistro will send an email to the customer communicating the return authorization number, which the customer must include in the return form that he will receive from Menego Maistro via email or post. The return of the product must take place at the registered office of Memengo Maistro within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return authorization number. Returns without a return authorization will not be accepted. It is the customer's responsibility to contact Menego Maistro at the addresses indicated and agree on the collection of the products to be returned: Menego Maistro will then send its own courier for collection, with costs borne by the customer.

6.3 The right of withdrawal applies to the following conditions:
– the purchased product must be returned in its entirety: it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on only part of the purchased product (e.g. accessories, etc.);
– the purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including cases, packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, etc.). Since these are fragile products, the customer must take all the necessary precautions and care to avoid damage during transport, correctly packaging all products. Menego Maistro recommends, when possible, placing the products in a second box, on which to affix the label provided and showing the return acceptance number. In all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tape directly on the original packaging of the product must be avoided. The transport of the product is under the complete responsibility of the customer.
6.4 In the event of damage to the goods during transport, Menego Maistro will immediately notify the customer. The product will be made available to the customer and the request for withdrawal will be cancelled. Menego Maistro is not liable in any way for damage, theft/loss, etc. of goods sent by the customer for return.
6.5 If the return procedure is correctly carried out, Menego Maistro will refund the customer the entire amount paid, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, by reversing the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer to the details provided by the customer. The refund procedure will remain suspended until Menego Maistro receives the products. The costs related to returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, and may be deducted from the amount due to the customer as a refund.
6.6 The right of withdrawal is excluded in relation to:
– the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
– the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery;
– damage to the product for reasons other than its transport;
– customized products.
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Menego Maistro will provide the relevant communication via email.

Menego Maistro accepts orders only for delivery in Italy. If orders are placed outside of Italy, including the Republic of San Marino, Vatican City, Campione d'Itala and Livigno, Menego Maistro will inform the customer of the bureaucratic requirements. Menego Maistro also reserves the right not to confirm orders from these locations.
Menego Maistro specifies that sales through this site are reserved for consumers, as defined by Legislative Decree 206/05 and subsequent amendments. Menego Maistro, therefore, will send the customer, via email or to the residential address indicated during registration, a summary of the order placed and subsequently the relative receipt, useful for assistance and warranty purposes.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to carefully check the data entered, which cannot be modified once the order has entered the shipping phase.
Where applicable, delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and are explicitly stated at the time the order is placed, unless there are specific promotions.
The requested products are delivered in the shortest time possible, normally within 7 working days from the shipping date, communicated to the customer via email. The terms indicated are not to be considered essential. In the event of a delay in delivery exceeding 30 days from the shipping date communicated by Menego Maistro to the customer, he will have the right to cancel the order and terminate the contract, with full refund.
Menego Maistro is not liable for any damage, either direct or indirect, resulting from delays in shipping and/or delivery.

Unless otherwise specified by Menego Maistro, delivery is intended to be at street level.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:
– that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated by email by Menego Maistro;
– that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product must be immediately contested, by writing a WRITTEN RESERVATION OF CONTROL on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed without writing a reservation, the customer will not be able to raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the delivered packaging. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 5 days of delivery to the email address contatti@menegomaistro.com
In the event of unsuccessful delivery, the courier will leave a written notice indicating the references to arrange a new delivery. In the event of unsuccessful delivery, the courier will return the package to Menego Maistro, and the order will be automatically cancelled. In this case, the value paid by the customer will be refunded, net of shipping costs (return and storage practice).
